Who we are

Driveway Quote is provided by Oscar Bartle, trading as quickquote.group. When you use Driveway Quote you are contracting with Oscar Bartle, trading as quickquote.group. By creating an account or continuing to use the service you agree to these terms.

The service

Driveway Quote is driveway estimating and quotation software for trades. Quantities are calculated from the dimensions, depths, densities, coverage and pack sizes you provide, with whole purchasable units rounded up. You must be 18 or over and, if using it for a business, have authority to bind that business. Keep your login details confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your information accurate.

Your responsibility for quotes

Estimates are guidance only. You are responsible for checking measurements, ground conditions, specifications, Building Regulations and planning requirements, and the final price you give your customer. Supplier prices shown are benchmarks checked on the date stated and may change; we do not guarantee them.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service unlawfully, for fraud or spam, to infringe anyone's intellectual property, or interfere with its security (including malware, probing, scraping or circumventing limits). You must not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service.

Intellectual property

We own the service, its software, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it within your plan. You keep ownership of your data and grant us a limited licence to host and process it only to provide the service.

Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, renewal and cancellation are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Standard is £8.99 per month and Pro £89.99 per year. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

Service level

We work to keep Driveway Quote available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, implied warranties are excluded.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious breaches of these terms. When access ends you can request an export of your data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

Liability

Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, data or goodwill, or losses from pricing errors. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything that cannot be limited under English law.

General

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. You may not assign these terms without our consent. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
